I met Jordyn lat year when I took her cheer teams school portraits. I was so happy when Jordyn and her mother wanted to book me for her senior portraits. The only thing she absolutely had to have was a location in the mountains. We planned our shoot to take place in Estes Park Colorado. On a whim we also decided we should head up Trail Ridge Road and see if we could find any great spots for photos. The views were breathtaking and worth the drive up there. I loved taking photos of such a wonderful girl in one of the most beautiful places I have shot at. She made it so fun and I loved watching her get in the groove, even with the wind and slight drop in temperature, and rock her photos. We then made our way down to the town of Estes and did several shots in the old candy store with the best small gummy bears on the planet. We then moved on to a quaint small town alley and then to the river. We wrapped up the shoot on top of a little mountain that over looks Estes Park and has a view of the Stanley Hotel. This has been one of my favorite Senior sessions to date. Jordyn was so fun to chat and hike around the mountains with. I am looking forward to shooting her twin sister in Denver next week!
